In addition to the month of Tuesday classes, SLCS trainees have to take a special class called “Cheer 401.” In my first blog about Cheer I showed you the crazy-mazing HUD we use:

and Cheer 401 is all about that. You have no idea how scared I was! There are SO many ways to screw up! But by the end of the night (the class was THREE hours! (OMG Exhausted!!))… by the end of the night I had actually had SO much fun!!
OMG, I’ve been spending SO much time at the stadium, I’m almost getting used to letting people see me without my sunglasses on (but not quite!!) I don’t wear very much eye makeup, and I never let people see my eyes. Except for that one time dancing at the Zen place with Shanna, I haven’t let anybody see my eyes in a looooong time! But for our SLCS training they say “no jewelry.” IDK if that actually includes sunglasses, but I was too afraid to ask, so I just took them off.
It still feels a little weird, but I guess I’m getting used to it. It’s funny, first I was nervous that all the “art people” were going to hate me for wanting to do cheer, and then I’m always so scared that I’m not going to get it or screw up, and then mostly it’s just a lot of fun. I wonder what it’d be like if I didn’t worry about stuff and just did a good job and had fun?
