SL Profiles in different Viewers

Mighty Firestorm and I had to part ways in 2024. I know something like 78% of residents use Firestorm, but performance for me just got worse and worse all year long. I’ve tried a lot of SL viewers and they all run better for me than Firestorm. I’ve settled on Alchemy and Genesis as my go-to viewers.

Of all the viewers I’ve tried, nobody beats Genesis when it comes to smoother Region Crossings! And while no viewer has as many bells and whistles as Firestorm, Alchemy is very full-featured and runs well.

I looked at someone’s profile in Alchemy, or maybe my own, and noticed that it listed “Premium Account.” I’d never seen that before and got curious what information different viewers show and how they lay that info out.

Interestingly, since I took the photo below, Alchemy has stopped showing the birth or rez year and age of profiles. It now only shows month and day.
