New Clothes!

Or, new “me” actually!

I metup with my new pal Sail Catnap for a little new avatar makeover. We had a really fun time and Sail gave me so many great avatar suggestions!

Sail and I metup at a cute skin shop called Simple Bloom that she recommended. Their faces are so much more natural and less “supermodel” than what I had been looking at before. And their prices are super modest too!

A Clean Face

SAIL: Take off that pushup bra! You look ridiculous!
BUTTER: Shut up!
SAIL: Wipe off that excessive makeup! You look like a slut!
BUTTER: Shut up!
SAIL: Get a darker skintone! You look like a vampire!
BUTTER: Shut up!

When I first started looking for a body I thought the super-curvy nHumana body was a lot of fun. That, or the much simpler LaraX Petite. I wound up thinking that nHumana was too much and went to the “more modest” Legacy Bombshell body. Which, Sail says looks ridiculous. Sail had me try Legacy and Legacy Perky. Then I finally tried LaraX Petite and Sail said I looked like a little girl (perv!) In the end, we both agreed that Legacy Perky felt really right for me.

Oh, also, when I switched out Bombshell for Perky I told Sail that I didn’t have a dress for Perky so I was still wearing the bombshell LBD. She replied that it didn’t matter because she had derendered my dress ages ago!!! (creeper!) Since she wasn’t letting me wear a dress anyway, I just took mine off.

After deciding on the Legacy Perky body and playing with different skins, Sail helped me play with my body shape. She said that at 190 cm I’m short and can’t go any shorter (because SL is the Land of the Giants!)

My “Short for SL” body is 20 cm taller than the average female from The Netherlands, the tallest women in the world. Or 40 cm taller than the average female from Guatemala, the shortest women in the world!
